When a stock price goes down how to determine whether it is a buying opportunity or not? What are the check list one must do before buying such stocks?

Mostly I use price action to enter a trade.
When to enter and take a buy call is decided on this basis that is above support line or respecting support line well. I take a buy call.
How to draw support line. It's up to you. Take longer time frame or shorter one.
Before taking entering see overall trend and match with overall indices. Which is strong case to go with a call.

I would say don't considers other advice. Just see the words and work on what interests you. Otherwise at the end you might loose patience and not the potential what you have started. So start whatever you like or interest you. That will challenge and give you happiness at the end of every day. I can name many. Just stick with what you love or start something and love it.

Here is the story I have to share: It was early August month2013. when first time I was invited to an event. Told by the associate that it's youth event where you can interact and talk alot about entrepreneurship & innovation. Lots of big businessman. Bright people, have  reach direct at the top class businessman that you see in the newspaper or TV. I got amazed that really i will get such a chance to interact.
