Easy man, go for the things you love to eat. Open outlet that seems interesting for for you.
I always give example for food start up of wow momos. They loved momos . So much hey opened the stores near their college. And now valued at handsomely.
As you are it professional, I will give another one example of chayos, serving tea. They opened outlet nearby it companies and provided variety of tea and they are quite successful.
So depending upon the area and your interest. Open the outlet and serve and make business out of it.

Here is the story I have to share: It was early August month2013. when first time I was invited to an event.
