How do I get a site/app developed for my startup with no coding experience and limited funds?

This is the Problem of every first generation entrepreneur who want their start from tech world.
Now the thing is how you can manage,
  1. Find the people you know have the skills, from friends, or friends of friends or get it done by professionals which will cost you in thousand or few lakhs.
  2. Second is develop the skill for the long run, if you are in your twenties and have some interest to develop sites/apps. It will let you do many stuffs from your own hands. When you feel the excitement of creating the thing. There you can build some stuff which could have much value. Like in most tech start-ups.
  3. As you know nobody will believe in your idea at first hand unless you have greater research of the market and business model or experience in that feild. Bcoz everyone has own idea. Why somebody will invest thier valuable time. That's the question you have to think. Keep finding facts and figures if you can't build it own your own. And as you mentioned you don't have much funds. (Be specific next time how much you can invest in approx figure.)
  4. Last there is lot more companies which develop websites on outsource basis. There are freelancer group or use WordPress. There are many. I don't want to confuse you. Or make partner on equity basis, if someone agree to do i.e how much share you can contribute to your partner if they agree. Search for them on different platform may be events, meetups, SM, anywhere. Just dicuss.

I would say don't considers other advice. Just see the words and work on what interests you. Otherwise at the end you might loose patience and not the potential what you have started. So start whatever you like or interest you. That will challenge and give you happiness at the end of every day. I can name many. Just stick with what you love or start something and love it.

Here is the story I have to share: It was early August month2013. when first time I was invited to an event. Told by the associate that it's youth event where you can interact and talk alot about entrepreneurship & innovation. Lots of big businessman.
