It's more easy to start now at this model but competing to get customer is tough or say you will struggle very hard. You need cash to burn to attract customers.
Then also if you want start. Here is the way, go to programmer they may charge you in few lakhs to design a website as you wish. Make a drawing how it will look like. Just don't go and say I need a website like Flipkart. They will then make copycat. Which may or may not be your whole requirement.
One thing you can do is initially don't look for website. Look for one seller may be you. Grow your business in one locality first. Through servicing at best level. If you have good number of customers and profit. Then go ahead with the website.
Contact the sellers who will sell their product on your website. Deal with a logistics company to deliver your products to the customers on time.
One thing is hire slow as in the initial we don't require too many people.
Follow the startup you want to be like that. You will get various details.
In this business profitability is from volume. So sell more volume.
