Firstly
I would talk about what it is. And why it arises? There are several
reason of having stress and more confusing life. Stress is excess of
worry and you can’t able to take action to mitigate due other
factors or you feel you have no rights to come over. In other words,
You have no control to get over. Day and night you keep on thinking
to change the position of the situation. But things were not changing.
You started feeling too much pressure in your head. You start making
irritating things. Nobody is good before you. All you see is the
problem. No solution. All look dark. Any sound is annoying even
sometimes music which is best in all. There is no doubt that you feel
insecure and hectic and worry lot.
Now,
the thing is how to overcome this stress like situation? I want to
give you the genuine solution. I will not say you can do that in a
day. It’s actually not possible. You have to accept the fact that
you can’t do everything. I know you will say I don’t wana leave
the another thing which I was doing. I would say it’s ok to
continue as many you do. But the most thing is that if you do more
than required then you have to manage that properly by scheduling the
things. If you lost the time most at one. Then you can do is keep the
patience with what you did and work for the other if time permits. If
not able to manage. Increase your work time. If also not able to
achieve it means there needs more and more hard work and focused mind
to achieve that. Few things now you have to outsource it or accept
that it can’t be done. May be you have to choose between them. Then
priorities the list. Bcoz god has given us 24 hours a day. We can’t
extend that. You have to except that. No if or buts. You have to
accept it.
Manging
the work and having true perseverance can lead towards success. Not
in a day or two. But later in few years or several months. You would
see the result. Everything takes time. There is no doubt about that.
You have to accept as well. People are expecting that things would
change in few days. That don’t happen. Sometimes accepting the fact
makes you, come out of stress.
Make
a routine to work and don’t miss or procrastinate the things due to
some other reasons at any cost. Most of the time you know people
don’t follow the usual routine and expect that the result will
favour me. But once the result come. You shocked that you failed
miserably. The reason is quite simple you didn’t worked hard. So,
lets work hard. Whatever you do follow a timetable and routine. Stick
with it to complete your task on time. No matter what. If you are not
able to follow it restrictly due to some reason. Keep on modifying
your timetable and see what you can achieve in that left time. But
don’t stop working, the time you have left. Stop worrying and
start working on it. May it take more time then expected but you can
achieve what you want. So, lets keep
working.
To
mitigate stress what I do is watch my favourite shows and movies or
go to favourite place which I like or talk to best friends, family or
eat what you like. But that’s like alcohol to ignore the real
stress for few hours or day. After that again you would face the same
but this time with fresh mind. So, I would suggest that face the
stress and find the solution by drawing it on the paper rather than
keep taking stress on oral basis. If you write on a paper half work
will done, what really you want out of this will be before you. And
you will be able to manage the stress better for sure.
Final
words is that manage the stress as per the requirement. Don’t skip
to work. If you work hard. Slowly and slowly the stress will be
reduced. If not you will keep blaming, irritating and not able to
achieve. So focus on work then avoiding them.
