In
today’s scenario, Every youth want to like a rockstar. Without
knowing what their star or role model follow in reality. Most of the
successful people follow a routine.
Whether
you like it or not, it help them to focus on the core working rather
get distracted with small-small activity.
They
follow the pattern of life. They break it very rearly. Means too
disciplined.
What
we follow:
I
can share mine. I work late night. Want to enjoy nightlife. It seems
cool.
Sleeping
late night is a trend for most of the youth. Including me sometimes
before. I am not against anything.
You
know we have 24 hours a day and on every second there is at some
place day and at some place night. So, it’s fool to say. You can’t
work at night. it’s all about what you choose. Every way you can
succeed.
But
remember my point of saying. Follow a pattern of life. Which suits.
Either night or super cool morning. Either way is good.
Choose
wisely.
I
get disturbed by the night schedule so I shifted to morning one.
Why
we get distracted if not following a pattern:
Suppose
we are not following a routine in daily life. What sucks?
You
may be sleeping unnecessary. You don’t take your meal at time. Work
sometime. And enjoy for the rest. Chill out with friends.
You
fake it that you are working.
You
know better what you are doing . It happens oftenly.
You
think I will complete this task after this. But that never came.
Doing everything in unorganized way leads to more unaccomplished work.
Instead
of that what can we do.
We
can do is. First make a rough plan on paper like a kid. Or fix it
mentally that I will do this in the first half. And that one in the
next half.
I
follow half day routine. Till 2pm, I choose to work on core work
since morning. Later, choose to work on projects that need less
effort. Bcoz as the day pass mind become more and more heavy with the
work we performed. So, it’s better.
You
can have your own. Go ahead and fix that.
What
else. One more thing we can do is just don’t watch videos or text
unrelated to your subject matter. There is billions of information
out there. Choose what you need. As, there is mountain of information
to read. You read one piece there is another and another.
Reading
with your relevant area is more better and prescribed. But I know
very well how human brain perform. It’s like a tail of a dog. It
will repeat the same bad habit again and again. And look for the
information which feels intentionally good and pleasurable.
But
with training to our mind. We can make them work properly. Just keep
reminding yourself what you want out of your life. Think, read and
repeat. Watch most of the things relevant to your subject.
It’s
not easy to do that. I have struggled too in doing that. Most of the
chances you may feel the same.
But
you can overcome with change in your mindset. It’s hard but not
impossible to do.
Conclusion:
what
you will get out of the conversation is that:
1.
follow your routine. It works.
2.
Mind thinks with a pattern, if you follow it. You will reap the
fruits ahead.
3.
We keep on thinking of short term, which most of the time are not
possible. So to focus, you can keep on rewarding yourself with making
it sub-topic to work.
4.
Human behaviour does follow a pattern of things in life. If you
overrule it, you will face the consequences. I faced it.
5.
Avoiding distraction out of your life is not easy but you know once
you start it. This brain is such a beautiful thing that it will
follow what you instruct them.
6.
Reading a lot will retain the good things in our head. You can do
that. I do since four years.
